In our current timeline, it’s undeniable that we can’t resist buying things everywhere we go because we always believe we deserve them. Don’t get me wrong, I myself am guilty as charged since there are lots of cafes and milk tea shops opening up in our area. I can’t really control myself either!

As I start investing in myself again, one of my top goals is to take care of my health. My OB-GYN also reminded me to keep everything in moderation as my follicle counts are growing, which may cause a health issue. As a result, I started drinking cranberry juice as part of my daily routine.

Given that cranberries have a high level of antioxidants, they help keep my bladder healthy. It also has an antimicrobial property that prevents recurring UTIs. Allow me to share with you my sinple mocktail recipe that you can experiment with for yourself and your loved ones as well.

Ingredients:
Cranberry Juice
Wheel slice of oranges
Ice

Procedure:
1. Put few blocks of ice on your wine glass first.
2. Add a fresh squeeze of orange. Get a wheel slice and decorate it at the top of your wine glass.
3. Pour in the cranberry juice and serve with some added ice.
