Savored every cheesy moment at the #EmborgCheeSarap Cook-off Challenge held at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City on July 13 which emphasized the support for local culinary talent and its dedication to providing a wide range of high-quality dairy products from Europe making Filipino meals an enjoyable celebration of flavors.

Twelve ardent cooks and three well-known creators, Jujumao, Abi Marquez, and Foodie Fred, participated in the cook-off challenge. They were grouped and competed in three teams with a common goal focusing on a specific course, such as appetizers, main course, and dessert using Emborg products and cooking live on stage.

All of their creations were judged by Chef Nik Michael Imran, Chef Hans Madlos, Mr. Erwan Heussaf, and also by poll voting from the crowd. Team Jujumao came out victorious as the grand champion of the Emborg Cheesarap Cook-off Challenge. First runner-up went to Team Abi, and second runner-up went to Team Fred, who received the Best Mentor award.

I had a great time at the event, which was full of fun games, cake decorations, juices and wines, and a grazing table setup that showcased Emborg cheese varieties. Meeting my fellow mamas and content creators was a bonus and took home some prizes and a basket full of my favorite Emborg items. 💜
