Are you planning or weighing your thoughts about buying stuff from Flexispot especially their gaming desk and accessories?
Well, I’d like to share my thoughts and experiences about my purchases with them. I clearly remember buying their Electric Height Adjustable Gaming Desk EZ1 as a New Year present for my hubby last January 2023 via website and after 2 days of placing my order, it arrived in very good condition. I could say that it was one of the best gifts I’ve ever given to him, I saw his excitement and joy when he unboxed the almost 40kg of package.
Aside from the Built-in Control Panel, Color Display Light, Curved Ergonomic Tabletop, Gaming-Style Carbon Fiber Tabletop, Gamer-Oriented Accessories, Uniquely-Designed Angled Frame that meet my husband’s gaming and working setup expectations, is the 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms. Of course, who wouldn’t like that, right?
Since it was a gift, I opted out for their assistance in assembling the desk. My husband took 6hrs to assemble it all together since we encountered a minor issue with the foot pad but we’re grateful for Flexispots immediately assistance. They’re very responsive on their Facebook page.
It’s been a year and 5 months since I bought it, all of it are still working great. We didn’t encounter any issues so far.
And just this month, I decided to purchase their Adjustable CPU Holder CH1 and Cable Management Spine CMP017 thru their Lazada Flagship store since they have their mid-year sale. I took advantage of it and gave it as Father’s Day presents for hubby.
The Adjustable CPU Holder is such a great buy too, it saves space on our floor or desktop as he mounted it beneath his desk and keeps our dog and kids safe from any accidental damage or injury because they’re so makulit.
Regarding their Cable Management Spine, I had to reached out and asked the Flexispot team for a change of item since my husband prefers the cable management tray over it. Though, the product itself was very good. The base is metal for added weight and stability while the spine itself is strong ABS.
Flexispot’s customer service is really impressive. They’re very responsive, helpful and professional in handling different concerns. They granted my request without any hesitations or whatsoever — they only asked about the condition of the item and photo as proof. Then that’s it! They informed me that I can pickup my replacement item and bring the current one back to them.
When I got the replacement item which is the Cable Management, my husband fell in love with it. The tray is easy to mount and keep all his cords in one place.
Now, is it worth to buy from Flexispot? My answer would be a big YES!
